14-year PBA veteran, Talk-N-Text Ka Tropa forward, Harvey Carey joins Staying MAJOR in its 26th installment.  Harvey has spent his whole career with the TNT franchise, earning All-Defensive team, Mythical team honor's as well as being a part of 7 championship teams.  Harvey is currently the team captain of the Talk-N-Text Ka Tropa as they are competing in the PBA's Commissioner's Cup.

Sports media host and producer, Jinno Rufino joins Staying MAJOR's 25th episode to talk some NBA with host, Eric Menk.  Jinno has been a sports anchor and is currently a host and producer for Basketball TV and Solar Sports.  Rufino also writes for NBA.com as well as hosting the Ball Hogs Podcast.  Jinno's other interests outside of basketball include race car driving and he is also a restaurant entrepreneur.

Former PBA Player, 1997 #1 pick in the PBA Draft and 11-year PBA veteran, Andy Seigle joins a special Holy Week edition of Staying MAJOR.  After going #1 in the PBA Draft in 1997, Andy was the 1997 PBA Rookie of the Year.  Seigle went on to be a PBA All-Star, a 2-time member of the Philippine national team, suiting up for the Philippines in the 1998 Bangkok Asian Games as well as the 2002 Busan Asian Games.  Andy went on to help Barangay Ginebra win 3 PBA titles for 2004-2007 as part of their feared front line play.  Injuries to both knees then derailed his career that ended late in 2007.

In this episode, Andy reflects on his career and his time in the Philippines.  He also updates Staying MAJOR's listeners on where he is today and what has been keeping him busy since he left the Philippines 10 years ago.

Phoenix Fuel Masters big man, Doug Kramer joins Staying MAJOR for its 23rd episode.  Doug was the 5th pick in the 2007 PBA Draft.  In 2008, Kramer was named to the PBA All-Rookie team.  In 2012, he was named to the PBA All-Defensive team.  Doug was also a member of the 2015 PBA Philippine Cup Champion, San Miguel Beerman.  Kramer is a 10-year PBA veteran, but as much as he is known for basketball, Doug is also known for his social media presence.  With over 900k Instagram followers and 8.4 million Likes on his family's Team Kramer Facebook page, Doug and his family are MAJOR influencers in the social media world.

 

In this episode of Staying MAJOR, Doug goes into detail about the medical problems he had 6 months ago.  While working out one afternoon, Doug suffered a mild stroke that eventually led to a diagnosis of a congenital hole in his heart.  However, after a scare and a risky procedure, Doug fully recovered and was able to resume his basketball career 4 months after his procedure.  The 2nd half of the podcast lightens up as Doug talks about the start and the growth of Team Kramer.  You can follow Doug on Twitter and Instagram at @dougkramer44.  His families Facebook page is @TeamKramerFive.
